    Cher recently started a discussion on walking and the great outdoors that you might like to check out. Have you been able to get out and about in the nicer weather? 

    Are you able to manage your physical conditions and mental health well at the moment? I know that lockdown has taken a toll on many disabled people, both physically and mentally.
