I had Weetabix with dried fruit and nuts banana and milk. Nice to have carbs again after months of dieting
Lunch will be a goats cheese spinach and bacon omelette. -
2 whole meal seeded toasts and cuppa

Filo o fish for lunch tartar sauce and salad, coffee

A bit late in the day,but its been a bit of a hectic day!
Breakfast was a toasted panini roll,with fresh blackberries, then a strawberry yogurt!
Lunch was ........late.......lol,hectic! Lol :)Cod,sprouts and mashed potatoes !

I had a Warburton's giant crumpet with butter on it

Toasted bagle,with strawberries and a yogurt for breakfast.

Seeded toast with sliced banana

Muesli with fresh blueberries for breakfast, and baked potato with salad for lunch.

Another diet begins. Got up to almost 19 stone. Having mackerel on toast for breakfast and soup for lunch

I had a croissant for breakfast, and a samosa (with other bits and pieces) for lunch. Not the healthiest, but nice and tasty
