It seems more quieter now staff have gone into see her the staff are good here they don’t just ignore people they see to them quickly .1

I only had my nails painted for the first time this year, and actually found it quite relaxing!

Yes the walk was lovely thank you was a nice afternoon and pamper night starts soon it’s good because the activity ladies work 12 hour shifts and work weekends so there’s always stuff going on which is great . I have never known a hospital do so much activities and ones where you can go out side and do stuff like they do trips out but it all depends on people’s leave not every one can go out only if you have permission from the doctor.It really breaks up the day when there’s things to do .X0

Yes it was good thanks today’s activities was a coffee and tea morning in the lounge then 4 of us went with staff to the local shopping centre we went to Costa for lunch and was able to pick up some bits from primark like cosy stuff it was good and then this evening activities is making a salad but I don’t want to do that I’m gonna order a Chinese instead ha no salad for me . I feel like today has been another active day I feel like as long as I’m kept busy I’ll be fine .Tomorrow I’ll have a resting day because I’ll be given my injection tomorrow where as before was a test amount this will be a full amount so I’m nervous but also keen to get these injections out the way so they can see how I react to them and if I feel better on this medication then i can go home soon as I start to feel different if I have a reaction to the meds or they don’t help then they have to start again which then I will just cry because I really don’t think I could spend months in here I mean it’s nice but it’s not home x0

I have had a hard evening my friends I could really do with all your help to get me threw this knowing your all cheering me on makes me feel better . Today
I have really struggled . I’m
going home in a few days but I have to come back for my injection which is so **** I can’t stay at home for New Years I have to be observed after my injection for a few days .
i had it today and felt absolutely fine I can’t tell if it’s working yet but I’m having no horrific side effects like last time I was on a injection form of medication.I just need cheering on that I can do this I feel like I have ages to go till I’ll be let out home .1 -

Hi Cupcake.
Sorry to heat your struggling a bit, but remember how far you’ve came.
And it’s great your not feeling any side affects from your injection so far. I remember last time you had it you went through a rough time with it.
It won’t be long till your home in your own bed for a few days, that’s something great to look forward to.

As always thanks for sharing your experiences and kind thoughts with me it means the world to know that I’m not on my own and others are out there either going threw the same as me or supporting me which means the world .I hope That if any one is out there struggling with there mental health please get help please contact local crisis teams please reach out my inbox is always open to any one for any reason . I’m here to support others as others have supported me . I will also just say if any one is in a mental health crisis please head to a n e don’t be scared to ring for a ambulance or to go to a n e they will help you .Seriously this is the best hospital I have been in for activities we are all going to the local Xmas Markets this afternoon I think bout 7 of us are going and 2 staff not every one can come it depends on what leave you have ect and tomorrow night we are going to the cinema which the hospital pays for which is so good when I’m having those down days I have some thing to look forward too . Then on Xmas eve my partner is picking me up in the morning taking me home for a few days then bringing me back on Monday for my injection having to come back Is going to be very hard on me but it needs to be done .They need to see if this injection is going to be the right one for me in the community team im really hoping I’ll be out soon xx0

i need my next injection tomorrow and they need to be on the same page as my community team as that’s important I can’t really go until it’s all set up for me in the community . I really don’t wanna go back . X1 -
Hi @cupcake88 - I hope you've had a lovely time at home, & know going back to hospital will be so difficult, but you know you need to do this, & ensure you also get continuing help in the community, as that is so important.You need to be brave again, & hopefully it will be your last hospital stay.
