Hi every one thanks for your support and kind words . Your absolutely right they just come out with the same stuff always which some times isn’t even helpful . There only good for giving me my injection part from that there not really helpful but when I feel like this I do try and reach out for the support .

I could do with another medication other than my injection some thing to lift
my mood . Because I can’t shake this low mood off .

Some times I feel the community team have given up on me and that they don’t care x

I have tried walking my dog this morning , had some thing to eat had a warm bath all the stuff they recommend and still feel this way I just think it’s shocking if they don’t get back to me today or what they mostly do is call me 5 mins before there finishing there shift which is no help to any one ,

As you said all they do is say the same thing and 8r 7snt helpful

Maybe it's time to find a diffetent support route have you tried mind charity or samaritans

Another possibility is one 9f those buddy support charities I'm not sure what they are called and they are just volunteers so not trained in mental health

Hopefully others here may have other suggestions

Hello @cupcake88 it must be a nice feeling not to have to wait for a call now, and I know it might take some time, but what's important is that they are aware of your concerns, and with the wheels are in motion.

Do you have much planned for this afternoon before tomorrow? :) I'm glad to hear you went walking and had a bath too, sounds like it was well earned.

Hi there thanks for your replies yes it feels good not having to wait for a phone call . But I need to contact pip at some point to check they received my form because up to last week they hadn’t got it I think my review form has got lost in the post but they have given me a long extension which is good it’s just one stress after the other with me

yes at least they know I’m feeling down and they can act on it now
and hopefully I won’t end up back in hospital this year as that’s my biggest fear ending up back in hospital .

I’m just on hold to pip now so I can find out whether they got it or whether I need to re do one I really hope not the first one was stressful enough  . It will prob take ages to re send me out my forms knowing there post I just hope they have received it now .

    Yes I’m deffo determined to
stay out of hospital. Not sure if I mentioned near me they have a
    place called the crisis pad
where you can go for a chat to some one From the crisis team you have to be refered I might go tonight if I’m struggling  . If it keeps me out of hospital I’ll keep trying it .

The phone cut off when calling bout my pip so I’ll try again tomorrow hopefully they have received it .

i just spoke to the crisis pad my appointment is at half 9 and I get up to a hour and a half if I need
it but I usually don’t stay that
    long .

I hope that I feel better after
going to the crisis pad tonight for a chat and a cupa . Some
times it really helps and keeps
you out of hospital that’s what there there for . I hope I find it helpful tonight and I’m able to sleep . And tomorrow’s my injection day which I’m anxious bout but I know I need to have it
    to stay out of hospital.

I have so many good things
    happening this year that I
need to stay well for it’s
scary that I could go down hill
    again x

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm sure your PIP review form is fine, it's just what with backlogs it takes time to get uploaded onto their computer. It is best to ring first thing in the morning, tho the waits do often seem long, sometimes over an hour, but someone has to be lucky.
It's great that you have the resource of the crisis pad & that you're going to use it. You will be fine with tomorrow's injection, tho I know the side effects have been difficult. You will overcome, but, as any of us would feel, support is often needed. Hope this evening helps at the crisis pad. As ever, stay strong my friend, xx

@chiarieds  hello my dear friend yes due to the Xmas post I’m guessing it’s taking quite longer I’ll try them tomorrow to see if they have received it yet because I really can’t be bothered to fill it out again .

ill keep you updated with how I
get on at the crisis pad thanks
    again for your support xx

Hi every one can you believe it’s been nearly 2 years in June when I was awarded pip it’s gone so fast . They have received my form which is good but I need to send
    all my evidence now because
I had to sort it all out going to
send off my Care plans need to
    make copies of them .

I hope I don’t have to do another assessment but seen as paper ones are rare looks like I will be having a re assessment but it won’t be for some time yet .
I hope it’s over the phone again ,

I’m just glad they have received
my forms that’s one worry off my
    mind .

Yes the crisis pad was really good last night these places really do
help people who are struggling .

I have to thank all of you for supporting me I’m so thankful for you all xx

I'm very glad to hear they've received your forms @cupcake88 that's reassuring news.

Crisis pad sounds great too, some time and space to chat and have a cuppa as you say, it can do the world of good :)

My nurse came round this morning and the first thing she did was bring up some thing I had said to the crisis pad people bout the community team not doing much which is true but I felt like she was confronting me and I didn’t like it we don’t get on .

I made a official complaint bout her today left a message for a manager to call me back and I’ll be ignoring her in the mean time . I have also said she’s not welcome to visit me any more as
she makes me feel worst after
than better . Whether they take what I have to say seriously is one thing .

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm sorry that it was the nurse who has previously been rude to you that came today, so obviously it did not go well, as it sounds like she was unnecessarily confrontational. I'd so hoped the hospital were going to help you get a different one as they'd mentioned. Let's hope you hear from the manager soon, as this needs addressing quickly. Sending more hugs, xx

Hi thanks for your replies yes this does need addressing quickly because she’s trusted with my care and she just wants to confront me every time for every little thing I say to the crisis team and it’s not on . I’m now worried I’ll be dropped from the team now for putting in a complaint.

    But surely it’s my choice
who I have in charge of my care , x
