    I’m on my own my partners at work . I worked out how much paracetamol I would have to take to end my life and I’m debating whether I go get food or paracetamol. 

    I called the crisis team but they take for ever to answer the phone I’m on a ring back system no ones called me back yet they usually take hours before they call you back .

    I was thinking bout walking to the Chinese but that’s opposite the coop where I can buy the paracetamol I really know I have 
    good friends on here I have 
    the most amazing man and I have the best dog and some of my family I get on well with but I just want to die I just feel like I’m never going to get better I don’t want to end up back in hospital again .

    Yes I can do that I’m gonna stay in and order some food but wait for the crisis team to call me back I think that’s the best option

    I just ordered a pizza and I might get a desert from the desert place I’ll try my best to stay in . I have no medication I could take in the house as my partner hid it all and just leave what I need out for
    me daily x

    A pizza will be nice and a desert even nicer lol

    I hope you can relax a bit after you eat your food. Have a nice relaxing bath, and pamper yourself.

    Yes I’m trying to stay focused and keep my self from doing some thing stupid . I long so much to get better to be able to get back to work and live life normally . Got my pip review coming up in the next few months I duno 
    what I would do if I lost that .

    If you’re planning on marrying your partner then you must be in love @cupcake88, suicide hurts those left behind terribly, I’m sure you wouldn’t want that for him would you.

    have a takeaway and relax, perhaps watch a dvd or something to take your mind of yourself until your loved one gets home, that’s my advice.

    @cupcake88 - it's certainly not time for you to go. Look what you just said that you long to get better. When bad thoughts come, try & let them pass; concentrate on your hope's for a better future. Your Drs are looking into more ways to help you, & it doesn't happen overnight unfortunately.
