      I haven't read it all the way through @Ada but I wouldn't be surprised if our son is suffering from something like that.

      Morning and feel your frustration Ada, Sandy and Autism at 40 at lack of sleep. 

      Hope you all get some shut-eye or at least relaxation. 

      I ended up reading the past 3 hours and a wee hour of sleep would be welcome.

      @Ada I've never tried those. I was thinking of meditation maybe to help me drift off.

      Are podcasts like audio books but are talks?

      It's hard with so little sleep to get going  ... part of my lack of motivation
