I just wanted to ask anyone who has Autism.  Do any of the people who have Autism get depression? Sorry for interrupting again.

Hello @Albus_Scope , thank you so much for your support and time I appreciate it so much . I hope you are well yourself. I'm still awaiting an assessment. Your answer has put my mind at ease.  If I need any more help I won't hesitate to ask again.  Once again thank you so much for your help 🙏.  I will try to come back and join in again but it's a big step for me to take.  Thanks again @Albus_Scope.

Heya @Strawberry1, yes your comments got stuck in our spam queue, sorry!  This can happen if the post button is mistakenly hit a few times, or if a comment is repeatedly edited quickly, it's just our spambot trying to keep people safe.

And you're always welcome here @strawberry1, but please take your time, you know we're all a friendly bunch. :)

I've always felt so very different to others . Being in people's company makes me feel so very uncomfortable.  I get visitors from time to time due to them being family I do let them visit but it doesn't mean I feel comfortable when they turn up .

I signed up for a course for Autism which I've attended before but the last few weeks I've had other issues occurring.  I have emailed the people in charge to asked to be excused and told them the reasons why . Does this make me a terrible person for not being able to attend?

Not at all @Strawberry1. I'm sure they'll understand that you might need to take some time away from things. It doesn't make you a terrible person :)
