Hi everyone, I just got back from a nice drive, we went and washed my car, it's nice and shiny again now.
I am going for dinner soon and then perhaps a board game then going to sleep, so see you tomorrow.

I get my staples out on Tuesday then I just need to keep doing the exercises the physio gave me. And trying do a bit more day by day.
