    I kind of worried that if I stopped overthinking it would mean I didn’t care

    But I realised that overthinking is not helpful or constructive

    You can still think about stuff and care, without falling into overthinking

    I just hate when the shops are really busy but enjoy getting the food lol

    Oh no it definitely doesn’t mean you don’t care as I know your a caring person. 
    It’s definitely not helpful or constructive I take a lot off headache’s and I think overthinking is one off the causes.
    Hopefully we both can try not to do it.  😊

    I find it's all about balance @66Mustang it's always good to really think about things, but overthinking can really spiral out of control sometimes!

    Thanks @Ada I hate having to leave a shift, but needs must.  I'll be off on Monday, but back in on Tues. I hope the hoovering goes ok. :) 

    I can't be dealing with lots of people @Lou67 so I totally get what you mean!

    Good afternoon everyone!! 

    I just went for a walk with the dog, and we walked past a big field of rapeseed flowers, I know they are not meant to be the most impressive flower but it was really stunning like a carpet of yellow

    I will share a picture in a second but maybe look away if you have hayfever as they are so strong you could probably get it just from the photo :sweat_smile:

    Afternoon @ada I'm just having a coffee while I let the hoover charge. 
    I don't need todo any food shopping as going london on Monday 
    I'm waring my new trainers to do house work to make sure they are comfy

    Good idea to try them out in the house first I’ve made the mistake off putting on new trainers outside without trying them on indoors for a while then realise they are uncomfortable 😣

    Yeah @Lou67 I've done that too, nothing worse, we are going to Hampton Court Palace on Tuesday hopefully if weather is OK a picnic in the grounds so I need to make sure

    Do you enjoy driving or do you mainly go for the scenery?

    I just got back from a drive myself. My Mum was eating a salad while I was driving and I was driving smoothly so she didn't spill it. My fuel consumption went down by a good 10% :D
