    Morning everyone, feeling abit better than yesterday today I was just in agony yesterday as my body was just constantly cramping all over and felt really sick but I forced food down me that was high in potasium and fingers crossed this morning I feel lots better than yesterday. I have a phone appointment tomorrow for the GP so just waiting to see what they say. I'm just so tired of being ill all the time it seems I get sick on a weekly/fortnightly basis at the moment.

    @66Mustang Thats adorable, you have a really smart dog. my old cat (who sadly died a few years ago) would not like it if I had the door shut or not let her in my room, she would scratch and meow till I let her in.

    Sorry you've been having such a rough time @rubin16, it can be so horrible to feel ill constantly. I've been through similar times where it's just one thing after another and it's exhausting. Glad you're doing a bit better today though, I hope the doctors appointment goes well and you are feeling more stable again soon ❤️
