Hi I've been on universal credit for nearly 3 years I work, my only commitments are to sign in regularly do my to do list and reply to messages, I've just had a review they said it was al fine and my payments will stay the same, but now I've been given a case manger and don't know why is this normal please I've left a message but not getting back to me thank you

Everyone has a case manager but we me not know who that is. It doesn’t change your UC or commitments so nothing to worry about. Case managers usually deal with your monthly statements.
