I have an appointment with Womens aid next week.

@Strawberry1, sorry to hear that. I wasn't around yesterday so I didn't see anything untoward happening, but we all have difficult moments and there's no need to apologise for days when you're not feeling quite like yourself.
Great that you've got your appointment through with Women's Aid ๐ hope you can get a chance to chat to the doctors soon too.

I have a big Financial worry ๐ ๐ฐ ๐ ๐จ

Oh no @Strawberry1, is it anything we can support you with? Sometimes it can help to break things down into littler pieces so it doesn't feel as overwhelming. Would that work for the thing that you're worrying about?

Hi @Rosie_Scope , I don't know who can help if I'm honest. I am very worried though. Breaking things down is a good idea but have no idea where to start. Thanks again. I'm sorry.

I've always found lists really help me @Strawberry1 so as Rosie said, break things down and take it one step at a time. Bullet points have saved my life. ๐

I will try @Albus_Scope but not today I don't feel very well with my stomach. I will try to see if I can sort a list thing out soon. Thank you once again. I'm glad lists have helped you . Best wishes.

No rush at all @Strawberry1 all in your own time, when you feel up to it. :) I hope your stomach settles down soon.

It can be hard for both the disabled person and the other half if you become disabled after you first meet etc. I know from experience that obviously things change in life when you become disabled or unwell and maybe you change along with it. That can be hard for the other person to deal with. But they need to decide if the love they have for you is strong enough to be able to deal with it. You cannot help what's happened to you. And you certainly shouldn't be punished for it. Hard as it is if they can't come to terms with the change in dynamics etc then maybe they aren't the one for you. But hopefully they prove you wrong and it works.
