@Agulu , just wondering if you are alright?

I've been married for over 50 years. My husband has loved me through all of my illnesses. I am now incontinent if I can't get to the loo in time. I feel more like a burden than a wife. Having to let your husband clean up your bottom, ensure that he carefully washes me to avoid 'nappy rash' has taken away a lot of my self confidence. I don't feel that I want a cuddle, I don't deserve one.
I don't feel that I deserve to eat, I don't deserve to feel happiness. I understand the psychology behind all of this not deserving things. Understanding the reasons why, don't help. My brain has known nothing else since I was 5 years old.
Maybe your husband has taken on a more of a carer role. If you truly believe it's because you have put on weight. Get him involved in a diet plan and tell him how you feel. Tell him that you miss your cuddles. He loves the you, not the weight gain.
He'd be a bit shallow if he didn't support you when you asked him to.
Nikkita.

Hi Strawberry, it's not good, but they increased my medication, I think it helped because I'm not crying all the time, tomorrow I have an appointment with the crisis team

Strawberry, we're in August now and you're about to go for your autism assessment.
Please do not dwell on this do you hear? I don't think that was intended to trouble you so stay focused on how far you've come since making that remark.

I've been told by my partner that other members of the family have hidden agendas . Don't know what to think.

Before your partner mentioned it, have you ever felt like they have had hidden agendas @Strawberry1?

I'm sorry, Strawberry, that it's so late, but I've been very sick for the last few days, I've only been in bed, I've fallen three times, I can't eat, it's terrible, I hope it will get better

Hi @Agulu, I'm so sorry that you're so ill. Have you injured yourself when falling? Have you seen a dr? I'm hoping that you feel a bit better today.
