    Is it strange that there's something about fog that I just quite like? I know it's usually seen as spooky or eerie, but I think there's something almost beautiful about a thick winter fog. Walking through a park, seeing the leafless trees slowly form and then slip away back into the fog once I've walked past them. I'm not sure how to describe it really

    I enjoyed your imagery there @Jimm_Scope! Very atmospheric, I could totally picture that and I do think fog is quite beautiful sometimes.

    Morning everyone! Very damp and autumnal feeling here this morning. I'm a big fan of autumn, so I'm looking forward to the change in the seasons.

    My mum said that it was raining on and off this morning when she was on her way home from a 12 hr night shift.

    My fiancé said that it was raining when went to the shop and back. It's still raining now.

    We had thunder and lightning last night, which made me, my fiancé, my mum and my mum's pomchi cross chihuahua dog jump.

    The thunder made me, my mum and my mum's pomchi cross chihuahua dog jump and the lightning made my fiancé jump.

    I'm not bothering with the washing today @Sandy_123;it's dry now and the mist has lifted,but there's not a breath of wind.

    I can understand that. While I am not a fan of the sun it can be nice to get at least a little.

    I didn't know you were from Sunderland amberpearl. I grew up there as a child 🙂 we used to go to the airshow every year

    @autisticboy Sorry I've made these all separate posts…. but I hope you're feeling okay. I understand that down feeling when you get up late and you maybe feel like you've "wasted" time. I try to see it though, if you were sleeping then your body and mind must have needed the sleep, and if you were just resting then you needed the rest. And that's okay. You've got up now and that's the important thing 🙂

    There was a film called The Fog @Jimm_Scope and another one called The Mist.

    The Mist was the one with the alien monsters in it,based on a Stephen King novella.
