Oh I can empathise there @Sandy_123 I couldn't get a taxi back from the dentists on Monday, so it took an hour to walk/hobble/crawl the (almost)mile back to the house. I'm still having to keep my feet up and use my walking stick.๐ Get the kettle on and have a well deserved rest. ๐

Hey gang, hope all is ok, i finally started my counselling on monday evening, for my complex ptsd and abuse, lady seems nice, got it for 12 weeks, and can have more after a break if needed, i hope everyone is doing ok, i've been sleeping a lot lately, must be catching up on my rest, cheers all x
