Also if you get esa income based and your in the support group. Will I get transferred to uc. I don't claim tax credits. I get pip the higher rate too.

Yes, you will receive the migration letter anytime from now up until December 2025. You won't be transferred automatically, you'll need to claim it yourself.

Ok but I thought as I don't get any form of tax credits mine won't be til 2028 or has that changed.

any idea if PIP will turn into vouchers yet? If so I would not be able manage this myself. My mum has enough on her plate without the added admin stress

Are people going to be worse off if they migrate to uc

When you migrate across you will not be any worse off. If your UC entitlement is less than your current benefits then Transitional Protection (TP) will be put in place to make sure you're not worse off.
Although this will erode overtime so if other elements increase or you become entitled to other elements to TP will decrease until eventually it erodes completely.

Can anyone tell me if pip decides to do a catalogue scheme for aids, how will people with mental health deal with this so called catalogue. And also if pip.turns into vouchers and people like myself who rely on taxis, how will that work. I think it's a silly idea and will bring people to the brink of depression as I don't think it will work for everyone. And if in October it goes ahead I don't think it will be a immediate thing will it.

Catalogue scheme? I've seen a lot of speculation but haven't read that one. We can't answer your questions because we don't know anything. Please try to think about something else, I know it's difficult for some to do that but all this speculation doesn't really help.

FYI The PIP changes announcement has been delayed till the spring budget next year. They are concentrating on their flagship 'back to work' measures first. Time will tell how voluntary this will be for those of us currently on LCWRA.

In May vote all Labour out of thier seats is that how it works and errmmmm I wonder if pip information comes after general elections I'm getting all my medical information did sars for doctor hospital going to put in folder I think they will take substantial risk and mobilise out of wca and a couple more questions but I wonder if they do that a lady called Ellen clifford great activists for disabled she was taking tories to judicial court over changes be intreasting to see if she still can

To be fair they haven't actually said everyone must work. What they've said is those that can work, should work. This can mean anything and doesn't mean it's aimed at disabled people.

What Poppy was just bringing up is that, although they've mentioned about getting people on long-term sickness benefits working again they have never said that everyone on those benefits will be required to work. Just those who be given adjustments or treatment to help support them back into work when they are able to.
