    I have this also the arrange of emotions in one day is insane that's why people around me find it hard one minute I be happy next crying angry guilty shameful it is a roller coaster it's good your on waiting list I've had alot of therapy on managing my emotions

    I apologise @Nightcity , it's just my faults have been pointed out to me by someone at home. I decided to class myself as a loser and I blamed the Adhd . I am so so very sorry 😞.

    I appreciate your kind words @Bluebell21 . The doctors I attend has a text service could be two days before they get back to me that's if they have received the text. It says they have but nothing back from them yet and I don't want to talk to them on the phone. Take care. Just cleaning out the bird cage.

    @Bluebell21 , sorry to say but I've been in touch with the doctors and a message did get passed on to someone but by the sounds of it I could be waiting ages for them to get back to me so I've decided to cancel. The person they booked me in with has let me down before and made excuses why she couldn't get in touch with me so . Her waiting list is always long so I've decided to cancel. All my time wasted. I put in the message I wanted to talk to a doctor not the person what has let me down. So much for being able to speak with someone. What a waste of time. I do have another call on Friday with someone else so here's hoping that call goes better. Hope you have a reasonable day today. Chat again another time. Take care.
