    @Bluebell21 , sorry to say but I've been in touch with the doctors and a message did get passed on to someone but by the sounds of it I could be waiting ages for them to get back to me so I've decided to cancel. The person they booked me in with has let me down before and made excuses why she couldn't get in touch with me so . Her waiting list is always long so I've decided to cancel. All my time wasted. I put in the message I wanted to talk to a doctor not the person what has let me down. So much for being able to speak with someone. What a waste of time. I do have another call on Friday with someone else so here's hoping that call goes better. Hope you have a reasonable day today. Chat again another time. Take care.

    Sick of everything, can't deal with my daily symptoms, all the worries any of it anymore. I've left so many things today online and off, clubs, social media,forums, deactivated my sim card I just want to disconnect from the world and hope it forgets me and I can forget it.

    my FB friend of years patronised me and I ripped her head off then deleted the account (although you get 30 days to change mind) she basically told me my problems are my own fault and I have victim and mug all over me.

    Wow I wouldn't class her as a friend what a horrid thing to say totally understand how you feel everything so overwhelming and then someone says that you do not owe anyone any explanations I hope you can have a peaceful night don't let the fk get you down x
