Good morning everyone
I know its easier said than done but try not to worry @Schildpad and see if you can get someone from an advice centre to speak for you.
@Amberpearl you have a lot on your plate and I'm thinking of you on your dad's anniversary

That's awesome! Have you collected it yet? Bet it's exciting unpacking it. My day was okay thanks.

@ShadowyBramble Not managed to collect it yet. It should be available to collect either later today or tomorrow. Literally can't wait to get it! Definitely going to be exciting to open it. Glad your day was okay :)

could you not submit a meter reading yourself i believe they only have to come read a meter every 2 years themselves the onus is down to the customer to be vigilant and honest and pay for what they use

I dont use the heating
Can't afford to
0 -
They added extra 593 pounds to my debt last week
Every time I submit a meter reading it goes up
I'm all electric here
Only me and the cats too
It's very upsetting

Yes I agree with you
What can I do
The house is old and needs urgent repairs too
I cannot afford it

i would imagine the 400 a month would consist of what was used during the month and a portion of what was owed from many months previous get a smart meter then you can see your usage without bending down or get a prepayment meter
