    Always worth a try @Teigr it's the pits when you cant get a decent nights sleep, especially if it goes on for a while. Have you read up about "sleep hygiene" at all?

    I have @Albus_Scope and I've followed all the advice about bedtimes,keeping the room dark and quiet etc.

    There are times when nothing helps.

    My micro lights have arrived.

    I'm going to wrap them around the willow twigs in the living room and have twinkly bits all year round.

    Ooh that'll look extra pretty @Teigr make sure you take pics!

    I've found having a blue light filter on my phone has helped a tiny bit with sleep, but I know how tough it is, especially when you've tried flipping everything!

    I'm so sorry to hear that @Amberpearl do you have plenty of blankets and hot drinks? Or maybe look into visiting a local Warm Room?

    Evening everyone, sorry lots of you didn't get sleep last night. I didn't get much either! I'm feeling really odd tonight with my mental health, I can't settle and do anything and feel really lonely. I don't have much energy to do anything.

    Evening... Very cold room. 12 degrees.. I feel better outside than at home.. I don't feel as cold when I am walking around outside but I feel really cold I when I am at home.. tomorrow will be a better day hopefully... But very hard to keep going everyday. It is really a torture.

    Ive felt cold for the last three weeks, even with my heating on. The only place I seem to feel warmer is in bed but that's not a good idea in terms of my disabilities if it's for more than six hours.

    I'm not going to bed until the early hours then i get up early for my carer arriving. I have sleeping tablets that make me have a few hours deep sleep but that's about it.

    Im fairly new to the sight but I've realised that alot of people have the same problem with not sleeping well.
