Too much anxiety. I could not sleep. Normally I sleep six or more but I only managed to sleep 3 hours.

Always worth a try @Teigr it's the pits when you cant get a decent nights sleep, especially if it goes on for a while. Have you read up about "sleep hygiene" at all?

I have @Albus_Scope and I've followed all the advice about bedtimes,keeping the room dark and quiet etc.
There are times when nothing helps.

My micro lights have arrived.
I'm going to wrap them around the willow twigs in the living room and have twinkly bits all year round.

I've found having a blue light filter on my phone has helped a tiny bit with sleep, but I know how tough it is, especially when you've tried flipping everything!0 -

Evening everyone, sorry lots of you didn't get sleep last night. I didn't get much either! I'm feeling really odd tonight with my mental health, I can't settle and do anything and feel really lonely. I don't have much energy to do anything.
