It wasn't that bad,i usually shave it all off myself but have to take my specs off to do round my lug holes but im buggered cos I cant see what im doing then😀

I did enjoy it, having someone cut my hair for me after me shaving my head myself for 5 years was quite nice and I don't have a bald head😂

Was feeling really low this morning but messaged my parents and they’re coming up with treats to see me, (they live about half an hour away). Rushed round the house tidying and looking forward to it.
Considering I was in bed feeling sorry for myself just an hour ago that’s a major improvement!

Morning all . I am so so. Anxiety not as bad as yesterday but still bad. Heart racing at times. Sun is out we'll sort of... But still very cold. Still 13 degrees inside.. will put radiator on a bit and then maybe spend the rest of the day under the duvet.. hope you are ok.

yeah that's the one where they'll ask if there has been changes you haven't reported and most usually to send 4 months of bank statements. They don't care what you spend your money on they're just seeing if you have over the savings amounts xx
