Reassessments

My last reassessment for LCWRA went to the Tribunal in Aug 2020 which i won,the Judge,Dr were annoyed that I was brought to the Tribunal with the consistency of evidence over the previous 5yrs,they said they dont want me to have another reassessment for at least two years,my issues are Chronic arthritis in all my leg joints, lower back and hands so my prognosis is for further deterioration to come.
I am trying to find out who has, hasn't had a reassessment who has been on LCWRA for a considerable amount of time, mine LCWRA began on July2017,to see if what they say is accurate regarding reassessments, are the long term LCWRA being reassessed,or how far back are they looking.

I've been on LCWRA since early 2022 when I transferred over from ESA.
My last WCA was 2018.
I do think UC started the process in 2023 (I had a weird message about confirming my GP details), but never followed through.
Very very few re assessments are happening for LCWRA, I know of only a handful from the forum over the past few years and I advise lots and lots of people.

My last review was March 2020. There were some members that I remember being reviewed back about 18 months or so again, maybe a little longer. Since then it's very few people. As far as I'm aware they are still suspended. Even if they were, you can't really compare someone else to yourself because everyone is usually reviewed at different times.
It's an ongoing award anyway until a new decision says otherwise.

I was awarded LCWRA in late 2019, and I've not had a re-assessment.
I have this bad feeling in the pit of my stomach that I'm going to get one soon though for some reason. 😡

They haven't started back yet for most people with LCWRA.
