    Bad morning. But what a contrast from yesterday. At least weather was good. Today is awful. Had a bad day today. But today I am still anxious . But good weather helps with people's mental health.     Hey , I'm okay but was again difficulty with my mum with going out in city. My mum kept repeat same word . I can't remember. Said quie that made me feel upset and frustrated that she never seem to get me being anxious when comes to my part of my brain. My mum has always had issues with me .
