I have been receiving my sons pip and UC for a few years. I am not his appointee, but I dealt with his claim etc and DWP were aware of everything and how unwell he was. I transfer him money weekly (works out just under half) the rest is used for his contributions towards bills, food, clothing etc. Is this ok?

I saw it said in the new changes you have to score above 4 points in a daily living question, can I just clarify I’ve understood this right - you just need 4 points in one answer, not above 4 in all answers?

Set to lose over £800 a month. Welfare cuts
I score 13 points in total daily living pip. No 4 points for any one question. When they tie this in with UC I then won't be entitled to the disability top up of that either. That's over £800 a month !!!!! I can't breathe 😭
