Oh gees guys, we're all having a dodgy day! I had a rubbish morning at work, lost my *** at my 2nd boss who is as ignorant as the 1st boss (basically just parrots all the ill informed insults of the other one!), don't ever want to go back but can't afford not to. I gives me heart palpitations and so much stress, I hate it.
Nightcity what happened with the nurse?
Strawberry1 how was your phone call?
Catherine21 are you feeling any calmer?
Agnia how have you been so far?
Bluebell21 How's your day going?
Albus_Scope thanks for being there for us 😊
Remember I love you all very much, whether I'm online or not. You'll always have a friend here x ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Albus Scope
Thank you very much for writing to me , im feeling anxious im having stomach cramps even if i try to calm down the anxiety is stronger and im house bound , im worried about benefits i would like to give them up but im unable to work , its my mistake because i should have cared more about my health earlier and not worked beyond my strength and be a perfectionist , i was born in Poland and came to England to work and i worked hard here and i relied on myself and my work here , i had a goal and i also wanted to help people
Please take care
Kind regards to everyone on this forum

Bluebell21 Were they just routine check? I have them for my thyroid condition and cholesterol but I can't always predict which way they're going to turn out. But I do think we're better off knowing - if it shows nothing then all good, if something needs attention then it can be dealt with. And even if they can't fix my thyroid at least I know why I get cold, tired, tec. so I worry less about that. You might hear back by the end of the week? To be honest sometimes mine come back in 24 hrs. How are you feeling?

Agnia I feel the same about my life! But we can still take care of ourselves now as much as we can. I was brought up to be a perfectionist, it's very stressful, we put alot of pressure on ourselves! I've always really envied people who just don't care but I can't be like that lol Sometimes I get very sad thinking about so many goals I tried for and lost, now my only goal is getting through the day. But that's quite an achievement in itself! I so much admire you for coming to another country, I have watched other British people go abroad and do well and gain so much experience and felt bad because I could never be brave enough. I could never write in Polish as you write in English! You should be so, so proud of yourself ❤❤

Thank you so very very much eeL ♥️🌷🌸❤️🌼 and for writing about yourself ♥️🌺
i would like to add here please that perfectionism is a feature that makes life very difficult, when i went to primary school the teacher hit children on the hands when they wrote poorly and i had a very high bar at school, if i can be honest im not proud of myself i got sick and im afraid for my future, i have experienced competition at school from an early age , many people complete higher education in Poland even in two fields and was still difficult for them to find a good job
Kind regards to you ♥️

sorry to hear your morning was awful.
the nurse wasn't the rude one who phoned the one I said I'd report suddenly couldn't make it 🤔 the one that did turn up was actually very sweet, mum explained my shortcomings and how I don't like people in and she made an effort so I made one back she wanted to meet pippa as she's never seen a violent fawn pug before and she respected my requests.

Glad you got a nice nurse @Nightcity 😊 I always try and treat everyone as individuals, so even if a company has been horrible to me, I know the person I'm speaking to on the phone isn't the cause of my woes.

absolutely, I did ask if possible from now onwards if possible she does these visits as I won't mind so much

Hi @eeL I have a large hiatus hernia and have bad acid reflux, since last July when I had my gall bladder out I also now have bile reflux as well and a cough. This means I have to take large doses of Proton pump inhibitors which unfortunately are now starting to affect my sodium and magnesium levels. My life style cannot be changed any further as I do not drink, smoke nor am I overweight (underweight if anything) also do not eat fried or spicy food or drink coffee any more. Just tea but Consultant has said I need to try decaf tea. I only have low fat cheese and I am very careful what I eat as also have Ulcerative colitis. I also have routine Liver function blood tests as this was affected by a blocked bile duct and the gall bladder. This has to be monitored blocked bile duct can happen again.
I am not feeling too bad thanks just get very tired. I agree we are better off knowing so can be sorted sooner.
Thank you for asking. I am sorry your day has not been the best, Take care.
