mum found and sent me this on fb messenger, which means I'd be exempt from the ****ocks that comes with UC but even so I'm so exhausted and bored of my life I still won't be claiming it, but it may be useful to others here with appointees
"If you have an appointee
An appointee cannot agree a claimant commitment on behalf of another person, so if you have
an appointee you will not have a claimant commitment for UC. Therefore, you will have no
work-related requirements, whether or not you have the LCWRA element within your UC claim.
The DWP’s Advice for Decision Makers paragraph J3271 states:
“In all appointee cases the need for a claimant to accept a claimant commitment is waived (see
further guidance in ADM Chapter J1) and work-related requirements are switched off. There
should be no mandatory activities, including mandatory WFI's and no sanction action taken.”

I understand you know I have nobody in either, all that happens is they come to your house speak to your daughter, you can stay in another room and just yell Yes to one question which is are you happy and ok with your daughter becoming your appointee, you've recently said you can't sort your money and spend frivolously so they'll accept the application based in the fact your daughter can help you budget.
to give you your peace of mind back I really think you should consider it.
