Hello everyone, I took some time out for a little while. My sleep isn't very good at the moment so I not spending a great deal of time doing much . Thank you for the kind messages sent to me I really appreciate them all . Please please please take care of yourselves everyone and remember to be kind to yourselves too 💜. Not sure if I will be on the forum much today. I have contacted the gp surgery to see if I can have an appointment. Don't know what they will say if I tell them I'm stressed and not sleeping well etc . Just please take care of yourselves and be kind to yourselves too. Best wishes always ❤️. Chat again soon. I am really hoping to get some sleep tonight.
I am exhausted from sleep deprivation and of course it makes my cfs and pain levels much worse.
