Hi @Bluebell21 , i did take something earlier it went off for a bit but then I'd be going back and forth to the bathroom. I know I could talk to my specialist but the last lot of meds he gave me didn't really help. He seems reluctant to give me anything but I still say it's stress. Thank you. I hope you are reasonably alright today and I hope you are having a reasonable day too . I may take something else later. Thank you again.

I just came across a song by accident and I've not heard it in a long time and with everything getting on top of me it helped me cry to release a bit of tension.
