    I think that this site is for you so that you don't feel alone, to take the burden off your shoulders. I also have to brag to you that I finally managed to get a referral to a mental health team. But it's thanks to your support, especially yours, STRAWBERRY I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own.

    You're never in the way here @Strawberry1, it's so lovely to see how you and the others look after each other and support each other through tough times. It can be difficult to be nice to yourself sometimes, but you deserve kindness and support like everyone else, you're not a burden โค๏ธ
