@Sandy_123 don't change much money here, maybe £20 or so. You will get a much better rate in Turkey and there are change places everywhere. Take a cardigan or jacket it will get cold in the evenings. Are you off to Antalya/Alanya?2

@Sandy_123
Aww that’s amazing news I’m so pleased for you. Yous will have a great time, Sandy you won’t have time to be nervous just excited 😊
Sorry just saw this I had a mishap with my machine for my knee it kept beeping so knew something was wrong phoned the ward I had been in.
The nurse asked if any gaps in the dressing and I noticed there was.
So he told me to put a dressing on top off the space and see if that stopped the beeping, if it didn’t I was to phone him back and he would get me transport up tonight.
Thank goodness it’s ok now as didn’t fancy going up at this time. 🤦♀️
Whoo hoo holiday pending 😎❤️1 -

Good morning all
I went to a different ear clinic yesterday
I was diagnosed with euchasian tube disfunction
She got the wax out and so much dry skin. She said my problem is I have lots of mucous behjnd my middle ear and that's causing my dizziness vertigo tinnitus
I'm. To try steam and there's a special balloon you can use on your nose to dry blow out the mucous
It's horrible
I'm. Always dizzy
Least the wax is out
Sunny here but cold1 -

Morning all I hope yous all have a good day.
@Ada
I hope you managed more than a couple off hours sleep.
@Amberpearl
Hope you’re feeling a bit better after having them syringed.2 -
Morning everyone! Hope you're all okay this chill Sunday morning. Hopefully one of the last this year.
Sorry to hear about your ear @Amberpearl I had a lot of problems with earwax as a kid, I remember them having to stick a plastic tube in my ear that vaccuumed stuff up. What you have sounds quite a bit worse though Hope you at least feel better with the wax removed.
I guess with for the thing in your leg to work in needs to be sealed well @Lou67? Have to say it is quite amazing what can be done these days, even if it does require some maintenance.
And yes @Sandy_123 motivation can be a struggle!

Morning @Ada, I hope you're feeling well today1
-
@Jimm_Scope
Yes Jim it has to be sealed tight and a bit at the side came away and that’s what the problem was.I hope your keeping well.
@Ada
Aww thanks Ada I just want it all done with, Im really grateful for the great care I’ve received I’m just getting fed up with it all now. But hopefully not to much longer.
I hope your landlord lets you know soon one way or the other if they are picking up the dogs.
@Sandy_123
Ih not long now till you’ll be enjoying the sunshine 😎 you’ll be busy today getting yourself organised.❤️2 -
Hi @ada I am not too bad today thank you, thanks for asking
I hope you had an OK night. Do the other dogs you are looking after sleep overnight at yours as well? Our dog is very jealous if we look after another dog, he likes being an only child2
