How is your day going?

@66Mustang it was called The Doctor's Wife by Daniel Hurst. It was a suspense thriller with lots of twists. Even better there's another 3 books. I joined kindle unlimited so get as many books in the unlimited category per month for less than £9. Saves me a fortune the way I go through books!2

@Marydoll5 oh sounds good and great that there are more!! I will have to look into Kindle unlimited for my Mum as she likes reading. She "only" gets through about 1 book a week though so might not be worth it as she often waits for the books she wants to go on special offer then snaps them up ha ha2

@66Mustang
Oh I’m so sorry that photo took you back to that time. I didn’t even think about anything like that. Sorry again 🥲@Marydoll5
Thank you yes it’s annoying me I just want it off now, but it’s there to help so just have to put up with it I’ve put up with a lot worse in my life lol
Thats great you can loose yourself in a book, the only time I seem to be able to do it is when I’m on holiday.❤️2 -
Good Afternoon one and all. I hope you are well. I'm sorry to hear that Lou67 is having problems. I hope that things improve soon. How is everyone else?3
-
Hey @AndyGT, hope you're well yourself! I'm doing okay, I'm still catching up on quite a bit1
-
@66Mustang
Aww I’m glad and thank you it’s just starting to drag me down, but hopefully it improves soon.
@Beaver79
Yeah it’s still a bit sore, I’m meant to be back at the hospital on Thursday but I will need to phone tomorrow and explain what’s been happening as the machine is beeping more than it should be again, and also as I had to put dressings over it just incase it has compromised it any.
Oh the joys 🙄
@AndyGT
Hi I hope your keeping well. And thank you it’s just been one thing after another, but I will get there.
Again thanks everyone for the support I have received I’m just sorry I’m still posting about this, hopefully it’ll be better soon.

No plans today @Lou67,just as well because it's hammered down all day and the only thing we were able to do was go shopping.
That took ages because Mr Teigr's mum wanted to come with us and she wasn't ready when we went to pick her up.
On the way home there was an accident on one of the roundabouts,there were two police vans blocking one of the approaches and we had to queue for almost forty five minutes.1 -
We're down in south west Wales @Marydoll5,right on the coast so most of the rain is wind driven.1

I have a (now passed) Grandfather who was always ready to go, literally would have put his coat and shoes on an hour before you arrived if you were taking him out
Have another elderly relative now that when you arrive has just made a cup of coffee and wants to get some washing out of the machine, half an hour later she is ready to go1 -
@Teigr I am sure it's lovely there. There's a new flight from Belfast City to Cardiff I think. Its somewhere I'd like to visit one day. We met a lot of Welsh people abroad on holiday and they were so friendly.
I have allusions of visiting the famous chefs restaurants but know rightly I couldn't afford it 😄1 -
That made me smile @66Mustang I can imagine the frustration of waiting around for them.
See what they tomorrow @Lou67
Hope you got some rest after the dogs left @ada
I'm just having a coffee waiting for the hoover to recharge, getting it all done. Case packed just need to sort meds4 -
Ha ha @Sandy_123
@Marydoll5 didn't realise you were from NI, some of my family are from there, we find the people there to be lovely
I am off for dinner now and then will probably go to sleep so if I don't come back on today I hope everyone has a good evening and night1 -
@Marydoll5
