    Yeah was so tempted to cancel the appointment, but feel good that I went now and had things checked out. I was past due a check up at the dentist and didn't want to be removed as its so hard to get an NHS dentist and took me like 2/3 years to finally get one and its not overly far only like 5/6 bus stops away.

    Its took it out of me now though my whole body has now collapsed in my chair and I feel really drowsy and kinda drunk with tiredness. I've took 3 different painkillers (Nefopam, Codeine, and Paracetamol) as well as Mebevline for cramps and they have only slightly took the edge off the pain.

    I think you did right, my dentist doesn't even take on NHS work now but when they did, if a patient missed a single appointment without 24 hours notice they would be removed

    A private patient could miss 2 and then on the third they still wouldn't be removed but would be charged a fee

    I bought an ointment called emu oil,for joint paints I’ve only started using it so not much difference yet.

    I was given ibuprofen gel by the Dr and I get arthritis in my knee too

    Wow @ada I like walking but 7 miles would be a very tiring walk for me!!!

    I get like that a lot @birdwatcher I get really bored, but have lots of possible things to do, but none of them really interest me at that moment in time.  Very frustrating.

    Haha, oh you lot always keep me on my toes and interested in what's going on @Ada it's when I have time off that the boredom kicks in. ;) 

    Hopefully the good weather will sort that, plenty to do in the garden. :)
