    There's a bit of an air show going on here because I live near an aircraft collection and they seem to be getting all their toys out for a play, there's meant to be some kind of military event on but I didn't see anything on the ground when I drove past, maybe that's tomorrow

    That's what they forecast for us @Ada.

    Next door will be going away tomorrow,so I'll have ten days free of being told 'We're going on holiday' fifteen times a day.

    It'll be a lovely break for me.

    We just had a bit of drama in the family

    People go on about how to protect children online, but what about older people who have no idea what they are doing!!

    My Granny has apparently been stalking my Mum by looking at her on WhatsApp over the last few weeks - today she got rather angry because she saw my Mum was online late at night and she wanted to know what was going on

    As if it was any of her business

    We swiftly showed my Mum how to privatise her account which I'm sure will go down well with my Granny next time she tries to be sinister 😁

    I'm lolling about now @durhamjaide2001,with a large G&T.

    I spent a chunk of the day ironing and the rest working in the garden.I couldn't start on te floor tiles because I forgot to order putty.

    A friend of the family has come round to get some help with his VISA because he is going to Australia but is having a few problems because he had a minor shoplifting offence on his history from when he was a child

    I tried to think of something witty to say about someone with a (minor) criminal history leaving the UK to go to Australia but I couldn't think of anything

    I still want to say it's ironic in a way, or maybe the opposite of ironic, but it seemed noteworthy in my simple mind 🤔

    Hi everyone I hope yous have had a good day.
    The suns still shining here, my granddaughter done so well in her gymnastics show I was so proud off her.
    Then we won a bottle off Jack Daniels and £100 voucher for driving lessons I don’t drink and I’m not going to take lessons so no good to me lol my sons partner will give the voucher to her friend that just passed her theory. I’ve got my granddaughter here for a sleepover.
