@Amberpearl if you're having heart issues still, please phone 111, or phone for an ambulance.
@Schildpad I hope today proves to be a better day for you. 😊

Perhaps you could speak to your GP about your figures as you are still waiting for your first appointment with the Cardiovascular Consultant. Take care.

been keeping a low profile since Friday, mainly consisting of sleeping. If I’m honest after being told by my counsellor that because of the BPD I wasn’t the right fit for the Service, then to be given out of date information by the Dr at the CMHT just dragged me even lower. All that’s been accomplished is the Dr upping my Quetiapine to 175 and him looking into the Advocate. In all honesty I’m just in the same place I was before the start of the week, broken, done in, not willing to fight no more, going to isolate myself even more and just completely close the world out for good. I’ll be honest since my ex wife dumped me in October 2023, I’ve grown to have a distrust of people, have 0 confidence in myself and in all honesty I’m just counting down the days until it’s my time.

Hey @Grumpy1314 it's good to hear from you today. Have you managed to check the emails we've sent you? I totally get being told you weren't the right fit must've been a kick in the chops, but that's not the end of the road, there's still other routes to try, so please don't give up on trying to get support. It's another reason to check the emails we've been sending you. 😉
Have you been taking your meds every day now? That'll def help after a couple of weeks of steady intake. I know it's really hard to trust people after that situation, but it's really worth doing. There really are some amazing people out there! 😊0 -
Hi Albus,
I’m sticking with the meds each night and during the day. I’m just going to go into self protection mode and retreat into my shell. I’m going to carry on living a quite isolated life with only going out for medical appointments. I’ve been battered and bruised to many times by those in my life that I’ve just got no room in my life for people.
Im sticking with staying inside due to there just being no adequate help or support for me from professionals.0 -
Anyway. i can not wait to go to bed and i hope tomorrow will be better but at the same time i do not want tomorrow to come. Tomorrow i have to do stuff. i hope you all have a nice evening and night….

60+ mph winds. The autumn is a couple of weeks early this year!
Over the road has an amazing, self emptying bin. Why bother to take it back from the pavement, when it can disgorge it's contents all over the street? I have observed this phenomena the past 10 years.
