    I hardly slept last night and I got up early.

    I'm so tired so I'm going to lay down for a while as I'm going out later.

    I guess air con might have to wait for.next year but it will be good to get ready for.next year.

    I woke up with palpitations and pain around my left armpit etc around that area. It is better now . I need to calm down but every day seems to be a struggle. Today is Wednesday so it is going to b busy need to be there by 11 but it is better than getting depressed at home and i Will be back by 2.30 pm.

    Evening. I had a so so day. It wasn't terrible but yes I struggle sometimes and lately a struggle a lot . It was quiet but anyway.. . tomorrow I am not sure . I am off from Thursday a think I attend. So if weather is good I might go out. I still need to do shopping so I will see afterwards...

    hey, is has be very hot today with work today . i was very sweaty and hot and anxious to with and did have shaking legs and sometimes shaking fingers

    I currently have a pigeon living in the bath, so it's been an interesting morning.

    Temps might hit 25 today, so I'll be getting the ice cubes at the ready.

    Morning. I feel terrible. I had a bad night. Palpitations etc. I hope I will feel better later. I need to go to the supermarket and then I will see if I stay at home. I am also scared very scared. I hope you have a day.

    Weather is ok but it will be hotter later.. preparing mentally to go to Lidl and it is not too busy. And afterwards I will see but I feel like I will stay at home.
