Mental abuse and bullying the disabled in council homes

I'm reaching out to anyone else who has experienced mental abuse in a council home because this has been my experience as well. I'm on disability, have a strong passion for music production that dates back almost 20 years, have no music equipment, and my grandmother doesn't seem to care about what I do. She also seems to want to place people she knows in my life, like doctors and care workers. I believe there is some sort of conspiracy at work here. I live at [personal information removed by moderator] Wiltshire. Perhaps someone in a similar situation can shed light on the evil people in my life. I also have no family photos or photo albums. What is a strange thing?

Hi @JROD51. Welcome to the community. I've just deleted your address to protect your identity 😊
Can you tell us more about what you think may be going on, as you mention a possible conspiracy?
