I just don't want to face it but obviously no choice

Thanks. The APA is ok once it's set up but can be difficult to manage your money to start with because once you request it your first payment will be for half your UC entitlement for that month.
This means you would have waited for a whole month for just half of your money. The other half will be paid 2 weeks later and going forward your money would be paid twice a month as a split payment.

@poppy123456 i was wondering if you could advise me as I’m getting very confused about the migration to UC. I receive income related ESA and I also receive housing benefit and PIP. Could you tell me will I receive a migration letter for UC in 24/25 or is it not until 2028 that I will migrate. I’ve tried to find out online but the more I look the more confusing it is.

Is it a renewal form

This thread is about migration to UC. As you're still claiming ESA, if you've received the ESA50 form it will be because they are reviewing you. Are you in the Work Related Activity Group (WRAG) or Support Group?

If it is true that they won't move New Style ESA over to UC without any increase, then with multiple disabilities, I am better off in prison, seriously. I would literally be better off in prison, I would live on £35 per week on food, not even any money for myself, not even a bloody bis ticket, living in an insanely **** flat in the middle of nowhere next to the motorway and multiple primary schools, in a shady area, without any social life. In all honesty, I would rather save myself all that stress, and go straight to prison. I am literally then left with no other choice. Literally, just to save my life.

I don't know much about benefits could you claim support group esa ? Maybe I'm confusing the situation that sounds really stressful I know there some benefit groups that can help to see if you entitled to anything more

I am already in support group ESA. There is no other benefits I can claim, PIP was denied on 6x occasions.

Wow and they refused you pip I would call CAB and definitely get help filling forms With all your conditions must be so debilitating everyday errmmm I'm wondering what benefit groups could help you with form does anyone know on here

Also to get as much evidence if you was to do pip you can request SARS from doctors all your medical history can go back years and it's free i

No point, got zero points on every occasion.

They do say its not the diagnosis it's how it effects your daily life then ask for evidence
