Had my first physio session in years today

After a frankly crazy amount of time without any support I finally had a physiotherapy session today and have a long term exercise regime I can follow! My motivation is quite low these days I can't lie but wish me luck 🤞

    Hi dreamerdreams_,

    This year would have been my first time in 13 years since having regular physio. I feel your pain about the regime! If my motivation is low I tend to do it whilst listening to music or watching a TV show.
