Is there a timescale at all?

Morning all. I'm putting a list together of anybody who has requested a blanket but not heard back. I'll add all who have already raised it on this chat but please shout up if you've not yet commented but haven't heard.

I have, at long last - heard from them - it appears that they underestimated the number of people who are interested in a voucher and the throw !

@Wibbles so what happens from here? Are they able to distribute the electric blankets?.Or does the demand out way the supply

Heard from DES this morning - Energy vouchers will be sent shortly by email or txt - they send them on Thursdays - so, hopefully today ?

well i'm phoning up the number, they really should have a queue number so you know where you are in the queue, instead of that message telling you they know you are waiting, so annoying

i spoke to a nice chap earlier once i had finally got through and they hadn't even started processing it, he assured me he would get it done today and should have my blanket in 7 - 10 days, now the wait begins

It's going to be at least another week until we receive any vouchers - they only process vouchers on Thursdays !!
Plus - you need a mobile phone to receive them - they need a mobile number to process the vouchers…
