wow that’s interesting as I watch a couple of channels on YouTube and they’re a bit worrying. Do you remember how old this video is you watched or what it was called roughly as I’d like to watch it. Thank you 🙏

I'm confused that Scope recently and belatedly deleted some of my comments because they were "potentially misleading".
Either they are or they aren't! Which comments I have no idea unless they tell me! I haven't commented on this thread for ages..

None of it makes sense, they want to toughen up the WCA but what would be the point of a Work Capability Assessment if only LCW would exist?
JasonRA, once upon a time there was a Personal Capability Assessment (PCA) to determine entitlement to Incapacity Benefits (IB). One outcome was no entitlement ie able to work.
IB was replaced by Employment and Support Allowance with two tiers of entitlement. Removing one of the tiers leaves 'fit-for-work' as an outcome of the WCA. Same as it ever was.

Oh wow I really hope he’s correct on this . Though if he is and they intend to make the savings purely from tackling fraud why did they fight Ellen Clifford in court ? It still gives hope so thank you for that 🙏

hi Catherine , someone on here ( maybe a different thread ) just mentioned a YouTube video by someone called A different bias . The video is about 2-3 weeks ago and called what we know about labour benefits reforms ( something like that , brain fog here ). If this person is correct on what they say it’s certainly made me feel better about the situation. Not sure if you’ve already seen it but was pretty good and positive.

Thanks. I've just done his pip review. It arrived on the 21st Dec 24 letter was dated 13th December got to be back by the 13th January 25 didn't give me enough time to do so I asked for an extension which I got thank god.
Can someone answer me a question please when we get the migration letter we have to each open an account then we have to merge together with a code so then do we have to just fill one account in I don't understand.

my award is up next April so I should get my form anytime this year . I’m hoping for a paper based assessment ( as I’m sure we all are) this time as I’ve heard they’re doing more of them.

Remember this is on paper if this is what thier doing people will fight them so liz kendell would want to spend 3 billion on get Britain Working than excepting some people just can't unbelievable we have to keep ourselves grounded honestly easy to get so overwhelmed even a leaf dropping from a tree makes me jump get shaky scared I can't live this way everyday we have to keep ourselves in the moment trust me I'm scared but I have some hope look at ellen clifford loads of disabled activists are on lwcra and pip they will be fighting tooth and nail 115 charities went against vouchers for pip maybe ellen clifford take them back to court or someone else they think they are above the law so if they say 2029 2030 we have five years till comes round to us maybe more people take them to court in that time its the unknown that part is very very cruel id say inhumane making us wait but i see it as thier trying to work it their way and they know parts they cant get away with otherwise they would have rolled out asap ellen delayed that

My worry that it's smoke screens for bank checking and control saying going after benefit cheats what if AI like post office scandal would it be one day they tell us what can spend money on apples agreed to let the government access to I phones it's very sinister to me are they collecting data to see what benefits money been spent on personally I don't trust them how come this was pushed back when tories tried it now it's going through the corrupt government being able to look at our accounts at anytime just as we're about to go onto uc mmmmm also saving money on millions who haven't done the change over no one knows why they didn't change over some people probley didn't have anyone and not understanding or never open mail
