Help Us Shape the Future of Pain Research for Adults with Cerebral Palsy

SCOPE CP is excited to collaborate with Rebecca Taylor, a postgraduate researcher at Ulster University, on a study aimed at understanding how pain affects adults with cerebral palsy (CP) compared to those without the condition. Rebecca's personal experience with CP motivates her commitment to enhancing pain management and improving the quality of life for adults in our community.

Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting participants from three groups:

Adults with cerebral palsy who live in the community  – Whether you experience frequent pain or not, your experiences with CP are invaluable.

Adults with chronic pain conditions unrelated to cerebral palsy—Your insights can help us compare the impact of chronic pain to pain in cerebral palsy.

Adults with no pain but a research interest—Help us understand the quality of life without pain or CP for a comprehensive perspective.

What you will do:

Complete a 15-20 minute anonymous online questionnaire

Share your experiences in a confidential and accessible way

Why participate?

Your input will help enhance knowledge to improve how pain is assessed and managed for adults with CP, leading to better care and understanding for all.
