I'm reading all what Kendall and Timms have been saying and it just comes across as nonsense, about TikTok or Mobility scooters and getting 18-24 year olds to work by April.

Out of Timms mouth this afternoon “we are dealing with incentives for inactivity” so I’ve taken that as the payment you get for being on LCWRA is an incentive to get into that group .. extra money!

It's because they CAN'T WORK. They're twisting the whole reason why people are signed off, it's really disingenuous.

@Stellar I see your point, and I agree that any scheme like this needs strict safeguards to prevent exploitation. Honestly, I don’t see the current government pushing it forward to that extent. I vaguely remember the Tories having a similar scheme when Sunak was in power, possibly under a similar name, but I never saw it in action.

he claims to know ppl who work in the DWP . He himself did too apparently. And some dwp in the comments. Obviously right now no one knows for sure but he gives good breakdown of information. I also just watched A different bias again. Even he seems upset with the government.

In the seat Starmer has there are just shy of 22,000 disabled people the vox pops from his seat alone should make him wake the heck up, Like many others they would love Labour to point out where they said about all this at the GE, they had the Photo ops with the WASPI women then told them nothing changes, Axe WFP with such a brutal rollout it meant poor pensioners were treated the same as wealthy ones. Now the Disabled, See the pattern forming? He started off with policies aimed at those who were protected for years

then the right wing media printed daily stories that they themselves help create and promote

then new advisors were brought in and they directed policies at groups they knew were easier. Deny its Austerity all you want Its Austerity the straight to streeting Sequel.

I would love to know who these charities are who they keep saying we've got support and feedback from them because so far all the well known charities have issued nothing but warnings to them.

Bit like when the media covered all those YT channels "helping people cheat"

Hmmm.. the advice given was near word to word what CAB and others offer.

Again Kendall and Co just cant help throwing bait provided by the right wing media

who are clueless on the reality of being disabled.

Oh for people who don't need it or helping people who do? I'm sure they want to shut down any actual help and opposition to what they're trying to do either way, so they can push all these rules through.

For these last few months I've not been worrying much, thinking things may not turn out that bad, anything they decide will possibly take years to happen, I can save up to have a safety net for when those things happen. But lately for some reason I've been feeling worried sick, it's making me want to drink quite a lot of alcohol now and eat junk food to help me relax and give me comfort, but it'll be bad for my health, I already have high blood pressure.

I'm being migrated to Universal Credit, and I'll find out my new payment amount on April 5th. I currently receive the enhanced rate for all my benefits, was in the ESA Support Group, and received the Severe Disability Premium (SDP). Previously, I understood that I would have transitional protection and would continue to receive the same amount as I did on legacy benefits. However, I'm worried that any announcements made tomorrow could affect my payments. Do you think I'll still receive exactly the same amount, or could these changes potentially impact my entitlement?

Sorry I should have been more specific, for people that don’t need it and wouldn’t qualify he’s explaining how to do it
