I get 2 points for almost everything but 8 points for engagement. So I expect as long as they don't blanket ban anyone without a formal diagnosis then I hope I can remain eligible for SDL rather than EDL currently. However if they also take LCWRA off me I'm going to be right up sh*t creek.

Proud to say I didn't vote them I could see what these evil creeps were up to.
a lot of people said it was hot air to get elected, then when they were they'd go soft, I kept warning them they weren't talking about trie genuine labour they were talking about money obsessed, power mad pond life.

same here. I pointed out that they keep mentioning those that can work but what about us who can’t . I told them they keep mentioning the millions who are sick and disabled but that’s a lot of votes to lose come election time and they have no chance of re election

Re Streetings’ comments about “overdiagnosis” on the BBC yesterday…
I’m trying to stay far away from twitter this week, but I just went on and saw a couple of tweets about what he said. Dr Watts said for him to say that “mental health problems” are over diagnosed undermines the credibility of medical professionals, which is exactly what I said yesterday!
THEN I saw a tweet from a Guardian journalist, who is ALSO a doctor, saying that what Streeting said is “casting doubt on scientific reality”. And she’s right! He’s verging on the Trumpism ideology towards illness — “this is what I think based on my prejudices, so I’m going to say it like it’s factual, even though it’s biologically untrue and I don’t know sht about any of this.”
And the BBC has allowed this spread this scientific misinformation without correcting him. Just like when they had Mel Stride on talking about PIP last year, claiming that people on PIP get “thousands of pounds a month”, and didn’t correct him either.I’m going to be making a complaint to the BBC about their participation in this dangerous spreading of misinformation, and I would urge others to do the same. If anyone wants, I can tell you what I said when I’ve sent it off.

If a claimant cannot wash their upper body they as entitled to 4 points. The higher or highest descriptor is the one that is legally awarded.

It's an utter farce but with people being crushed in the process.
There's an understanding with the district nurses if the wound on my tummy opens
it splits open around 10 inches, it takes 2 of them owing to the severe risk of infection
Sepsis nearly had me in December, very often blood bags form and the burst like a B Horror movie, It nearly soaked the GP, We did warn him. Can you imagine trying to explain to them this let alone if one wanted to look which I will be making sure they do.
A shower is like an SAS military operation, it took my sister 6 weeks to learn how to do all the dressings, the General rule if custard like Green starts coming out then its an Emergency
Its not spoken about in the media but the undertone is consultants are pushovers.
No 3 of them went really nasty with me when I said I wanted it written down if I stop breathing again No dont intervene, then when I fully explained everything they saw this is not living. Worrying about the energy bills, when the bed linen is all full of muck , all the items the new wheelchair is a monster for taking energy, so is the new "Mobile" cushion for the chair
460 PPM the last energy bill was, 10 items are no longer provided by the NHS since 2011
If you have Chronic wounds they wont give Dry silver dressings, only ones that look like snot
utterly useless if you need to keep wounds dry.
The impact this condition has is so bad the doctors are using the photos to train students to show them so hopefully children will never have to go through the same as me thinking it was more sinister.
but there's only around 20 people in Europe with it , the dealings with the DWP have always been a nightmare, I need to make contact with them to change banks and I am utterly terrified

I think in my case the person who was advising me said as long as you got your full points for award it doesn’t matter. Well it would now. I think the assessor used tactics such as ignore that I can’t wash upper body and concentrate on the fact that I need other help such as getting in the bath. It makes me think was she aware this could be a problem in the future as she gave me an award of less than 2 years extending by dwp

I can't see Reeves lasting as Chancellor, irrespective of welfare. Changes to the Cash Isa alone will lose bye-electiins.

that didn’t happen in my case , she concentrated on getting in the bath and washing below the waist . I now know why. She also switched how far I can walk to how long for in minutes. My conditions fluctuate throughout the day and pain moves so one day I’m in agony with one arm then it moves to the other etc . It’s difficult answering questions when my symptoms change every day

Morning everybody, after 2 hrs sleep last night I needed to get my finger out, figuratively speaking 🤣. So I've emailed Keir Starmer, Rachel Reeves, Lucy Powell, Angela Rayner, Liz Kendall, Lisa Nandy, Wes Streeting Diane Abbott, Hillary Benn, John McConnell, Jeremy Corbyn, Stephen Kinnock, Andrew Cooper, Yvette Cooper, Annaliese Dodds, Vicky Foxcroft, David Lammy, Ed Milliband. It's took hrs as had to do from my phone can't get on email on my PC 😬 had to resend to quite a few as received alternative email addresses off some at Westminster not constituency 🙄
Wasn't rude but I didn't pull any punches. It wasn't anonymously sent and in part possibly brazen - stating I wont be clicking any tick box 'Accepting Work Commitments ' on UC as I've not embellished, exaggerated or been dishonest about my health conditions and I don't intend starting now. Was a bit 'War and Peace' but I've had to live through my story so so can they.
I don't expect to hear back, if ever but especially today as I expect they won't see the email as they'll be busy in conflab working out the announcement tomorrow and probably more important things to do 🤭🙄. I saw earlier on here someone kindly shared something on at 2.15pm on BBC Parliament today so I'll try and watch that. I do hope everyone is OK. I've emailed Scope for James Taylors email address as ideas to put to him re Equality Act etc.

Coverage of questions, house of commons Liz Kendall . 2.30pm. BBC Parliament TV. Freeview channel 232. If anybody is interested

Think this one will go to the wire. They’ll be tinkering with changes until tomorrow..and I think likely be watered down? Makes you wonder what the original version was like.😳 I’ll never vote for this shower of bandits again, they bear no resemblance to a Labour Party and indeed no resemblance to any ‘centre left’ party in the world.
