I get LCWRA and PIP. Looking at the reform I am going to lose the daily living part not the mobility part. Will I also lose LCWRA

Nobody can definitively tell yu because these reforms aren't law.

They're just what the government intends to do. Dsen't mean these reforms will go through parliament without significant amendments if at all. Moreover, its hifghly likely these reforms will be found to be illegal in some way in a court, whether in the UK or ECHR.

Do not worry. Nothing wil change in the near future.

I'm so upset. I scored over 12 but not any at 4 so I will lose my support. It took me 10 years after diagnosis to ask for any help, and now it feels like I'm back to square one. All the things I've put in place to improve my life and help me function will stop. I work full time but it's really knocked me to think my government thinks I'm scrounging because my costs are related to low level impacts across my whole life.

My husband get lower living, higher mobility, support esa .

So worried, if he doesn't qualify for pip living when it changes i won't get carers allowance either.

We will still get living with the same disabilities and issues but with no help. ( no we do the get uc)

Morning all. We understand you have lots of questions and concerns regarding the new green paper announcement, so we've created this discussion for everyone to talk about it here - The Green Paper Discussion

We'd prefer to keep the conversations regarding this all in one place, so as to protect the mental health of all on the community, so we will be closing this discussion. I hope you understand.
