It is stressful, but you can do it 💪

And record them . Don’t trust them to do it

I wonder if there are more concessions that we haven’t heard of yet . Like separating lcwra and pip and the scc

Also whether you have a face to face or phone assessment record it . Don’t trust them as they can trick you last minute. They did it to me . From what I’ve heard if they know you’re recording they can’t lie

I think lcwra people get moved onto new health elements

Oh definitely, I need to remember to do this! I don't want to give them any extra chances to lie about it.

Not only is the entire process stressful from calling them to ask them for a form all the way to receiving a decision, which can even take a year and this means stressing out a whole year, but also I find the face to face assessment a bit degrading.
You're absolutely right, it's helpful to know that there are other people in the same situation on this forum.

It's really insulting to ask people to fill in consultations on PIP and that they want to pass a bill just a day after the consultations close!

Ask for a phone assessment. The dwp actually put me down for phone last time as I was stressed . But whatever assessment you have tell them you’re recording them so they know they can’t lie

I actually wonder if now he’s backed down a certain degree if just as he thinks he’s saved himself Kemi will vote against. That would be amazing, seeing them all finished

Moving all claimants on LCWRA onto the Health Element of the UC after the WCA is scrapped was planned.

Today must be the most tense day for us. There must be one post every minute or so, and God knows how many people are just reading what we're posting on here!

Do I need to write in the form that I need a phone assessment? Do I've to provide any reasons? Which reasons are they likely to consider.
