    @pollyanna1052 that looks amazing!

    @April2018mom, your stitches look so neat! Are you making anything specific?

    Does anyone have any craft projects on the go? We'd love to hear about them. :)

    my angel Nell a 14 yr old Border Terrier......she is a rescue dog from Darlington Dogs Trust. We have had her a year now and she is so loving.....BUT she hates other dogs, and shes bad ass.
    I to have a rescue dog , Hamish is a English bulldog ...I have had Bulldogs for nearly 30 years now . When I lost my last bulldog , it broke my heart ....so much so that I swore I would never have another . .. For three years my heart was in pieces , and then one day I went onto bulldog rescue , and I saw a beautiful bulldog . The story behind it all led me to believe that my old buddy ( ( Rocko ) sent me my new buddy ( Hamish ) to heal my broken heart ...and I realised I have space in my heart for more than on bulldog . Hamish is a moaner , he stinks ( he snores out both ends) and will not do a thing he is told to do...a typical bullie  . I got him five years ago from bulldog rescue ( Scotland) he is now 9 years old .

    There are some beautiful work on here , from cards, sewing, drawing ect.......and Roddy,'s work is exceptional .
    I used to do a bit oil painting ( purely amateur and not in the same league as some other's on here)..but it helped me get through some really bad spells of anxiety and depression.
    Alas , my hands shake to much now  to paint anything ...I wish I could do it now , just to take my mind off this virus . My grandaughter ( now at uni) used to love drawing but gave up art (which upset her art teacher) so she could put her mind to studying to become a primary school teacher .
    Here is a painting of a local view , the  'Forth Rail Bridge' lit up for the millenium I did this about 20 years ago ...as I said , very amateurish ,but I enjoyed it ........

    A throw @Chloe_Scope. But I got a email today from the shop saying that there are no sewing retreats or classes until April at least.

    Does anyone know if there is any videos or podcast or grips out there that cna teach sewing quilting and other crafts that have been deliberately done for totally blind people. I used ally have my pa with me and we do crafts together but as i do nto have eyes at all at this moment i am unable to do any of my crafts as i need eyes for them and cna’t access the millions of videos and groups out there because they always teach visually which is no good for me when i don’t have eyes. Wold love to be getting on with my own crafts and learning you crafts especially new types of stitches for embroidery and other types of fabric crafts without needing to always have eyes wiht me.

    I'm glad your wife managed to keep one. Sorry your depression impacted decisions that you later regretted, you cannot be blamed for this though. I hope you are doing okay.

    Thank you for liking my work @Seanchai and as one can see there are many truly talented people within our community., including yourself. I've always believed that almost every person can find enjoyment & personal satisfaction from being creative, and it is the processes of doing/making which far outweighs another's point of view of the completed result. I am sure that you enjoyed painting your picture as much as we do seeing it, but your own pleasure of creating it is what truly matters, and when somebody else shares some of that pleasure it's a bonus and it encourages us all to move on to the next piece as best that we can. "ART" benefits us all, whether we are its creator, the appreciator or both.

    This group is amazing!  So much talent!  My craft is needle felting mostly, but I also make wands and headdresses.  Just wanted to say I'm so glad I found this group - it's made me smile after a difficult week of being really poorly with COVID-19 symptoms
