Hi Kath and Sandy, oh glad you had a decent rest, I’m just back from supermarket I’m exhausted and that was me getting a taxi to, it’s awful I’m so out of shape my breathing problems, and gomy knees don’t help lol sorry rant over xx

Aw Kath I threw my wee pouffee out that I used to put my feet up on, it was burst a bit, al need to get a new one just using a cpl of cushions just now xx

oh im sorry Lou, the cushions should ease the fluid thatll be built up, youll need rest up for an hour. a male needs help, hes got issues and im worried, ive given him a helpline and told him we will try to help x

Put your legs up for a while or lie on the bed ❤️ if we can help the person your worried about let me know not good with pip but got other qualities maybe be of use xxx
