That sounds like a nice day @Sandy_123

My check up went well but I have been advised to buy an electric toothbrush. There seems to be loads of them on the market all with different features - it is quite daunting to choose one. I will have to do some research into it!
I have an electric toothbrush, research is definitely a good idea. The only downside is having to charge it weekly because all my life I've been used to not having to do that with a toothbrush

I have my  eye operation to remove  a cataract from my right eye  I had my left eye done last year  but they think there may be glocoma in my left eye  haveing a proper check up on 2nd June before my operation

My step sons motorbike was stolen on Wednesday night and set on fire and I had a phone call from my daughter today saying my granddaughter  is being bullied in school being told to go and kill herself and saying she is ugly and that they are going to cut her hair off  the same person has also been bullying my grand daughters friend and they pushed her friend and punched her in the face

My granddaughter is scared thst they will hurt her  my daughter has been to to the school and told them she will phone the police if it carrys on

So alot going on as normal

    Hi @lisathomas50

It seems as though you've got plenty going on at the minute, have the police been informed about the stolen motorbike?

That's awful to hear about the bullying your grandaughter is going through, I would definitely advise that your daughter keeps in conversation with the school and ensures that something is done about it.

@Ross_Scope yes the police were informed all they did was give him a crime number my stepson suffers with severe depression and mental health issues  he is only 20 and is in college his dad brought him his first moped which was a 50cc  he built his confidence up and was going to college on it and he got himself a little job delivering food in his moped to get a bit of money

He saved his money and four weeks ago ge brought another moped a 125cc  he was realy pleased he just put new lights on it his job was going well

Now because of what has hapoend ge could lose his job he likes doungvand it has knocked him back to where he was he cant understand why they did it  the boys thst did it are only 16tears old the cut the lock off took the bike and just burnt it

My granddaughter lives in fear of going to school because she thinks these girls will hurt her and cut her hair she is 13 and the the girls are 14 my daughter said there has been a meeting at the school today with the parents and my daughter was shocked as the parents of the girls said  their daughters weren't like that and that why did the school belive a freak like my granddaughter

It was left with my daughter saying if it gapping again she will take my granddaughter out of school and get the police involved  and the head teacher said that she would support that decision uf it came to it so just got to see

The world is a nasty place and it comes to something that its children that are committing the crimes

@lisathomas50 sorry to hear about the problems. The bike being stolen is really sad especially given the story behind it. So is the bullying, I know what it's like to be bullied at school and it's really not nice but sounds like they do have the school on their side which is a big bonus.

My electric toothbrush turned up today.

Does anyone know if they are supposed to be so vigorous in their action? I was a bit worried about using it on my front teeth which I had rebuilt, they are quite weak. I will be sticking with a manual toothbrush for doing the front, but it is so far so good on the other teeth.

Hi @66Mustang -  electric toothbrushes are good, & should be fine on your front teeth too. I do appreciate your concerns, as I have a slightly loose front tooth. I therefore use my manual toothbrush, & the electric one just once a day....that's my compromise. :)
