Morning, how's your day going so far?

There’s absolutely no need to feel scared or to go off. If you are referring to my comments then I was only making a point about how frustrating it can be.I don’t see the relevance of notifications, you may not receive them but you are capable of reading a thread and seeing what has been said, so regardless of notifications you can see what people have been saying. Therefore I don’t see why you can’t just put everything in one reply at a time instead of lots of replies one after the other which tend to be minutes apart. The internet connection has no relevance either because if your internet connection is allowing you to post one after the other than it’s still going to allow you to post a longer reply covering everything.I have said nothing out of orderAll I have done is ask a question and backed it up with reasons why I don’t agree with replies in succession. There is no personal attack, bullying or victimisation. I’m just putting a genuine point across.0

Mark your directing your frustrations out on one person, telling them what they should be doing on the site? There are no rules for commenting several times on a post. This thread has been closed once already.
If anybody has any issues with how the site is run it should be put in an email to scope. Now let's all get along

If I have to long replys I get jumbled up nothing makes sense when I type I draft and then carry on I xant always see what people gave said my Internet doesn't work properly then when it goes back into signal I see that someone else has said something it has been happening for months only good thing is I don't pay my bill I am getting it free0

@Sandy_123 I have not told anyone what they should do.Firstly, I asked a question.Secondly, I listed why I found it frustrating and how it comes across.Lastly, I pointed out irrelevant information.I’ve not told Lisa she can’t do it.I’ve just made a point of saying it’s frustrating.0
-
Ok I would say email Scope if you or anyone don't like how things are run. Or pm the person because telling them what you find frustrated about them isn't nice on an open thread. I my self find certain members frustrating for diff reasons but i wouldn't do this. Plus there is the option of ignore1
-
Where have I said I find the member frustrating? All I was pointing out was there is a better way of doing things which has benefits and reduces the amount of posts appearing in succession. I have not personally attacked anyone.1

@Sandy_123 yes not too bad thanks. Just reading this morning. Yourself?0

I do see your points around multiple comments in a row @MarkM88, as this can make the discussion more difficult to follow at times. I do think it's important to recognise that everyone communicates differently, however, and that's okay. I know I can be guilty of sending my friends multiple messages in a row, when it really could have all been in one message! I also tend to post replies to people here on the community in separate comments, as I've found it makes it clearer who I'm replying to if I do it that way.
It doesn't look like @MarkM88 was trying to criticise you or encourage you not to post @lisathomas50, so I hope that you'll continue to post on the community
Best wishes for starting the new medication @MarkM88, as I know that's not always a smooth ride.
What's everyone up to this weekend?0 -

Brownies look lush Mike I am waitingvfor a work video call we are working in another petrol whilst ours is knocked down and rebuilt but we haven't been made welcome the staff don't talk to us and I was shoved in the stock cupboard for most of my first shift worked last night he was fun but the Friday night one deipy wasn't good and some of the staff have just been left standing around doing nothing so we got a video call with our manager in 5 mins0
-
Had our video call our manager agrees that it is not good we aren't being trained on the tills or anything we are changing our franchise so we have to learn fifteenth ways of how to do things but we are having a hard time in the petrol station we are training in we all do 8hr shifts we aren't allowed a break we aren't allowed to sit down
It's just a nightmare they don't want us there so they either make us stock shelves or sort stock cupboard or just standing round doing nothing they don't talk to us I only do two nights so one night is going to be horrible snd one night good unless the staff aren't the same next week0 -

dont know WHATS going on here !!!!!0 -
As far as I can see, you should get a 20 min break if working over 6 hours, Lisa, tho there are exceptions, which I cannot see apply here. However, depending on the terms of your contract, you may not be paid whilst taking this break, so you'd have to check up on this. See here for example: https://www.gov.uk/rest-breaks-work
